One of most popular Innovation products, the CUBED Wood Sofa Bed is now available in the larger 160cm wide model.

Finished in a choice of fabrics from the Innovation Living range, the CUBED 160 sofa bed provides generous sofa seating and converts to a king-size bed (160 x 200cm sleeping area).

As with many Innovation products, clever design is complemented with smooth chrome accents and legs.

Other models with the 160 wide sleeping area include the CUBED 160 with Chrome Legs and the CUBED 160 Sofa Bed with Arms.

The CUBED 160 Wood is supplied in three packages:
Package 1 Back Section: 18Kg
Package 2 Seat Decks: 42Kg
Package 3 Legs: 8Kg
#Assembly#
The CUBED 160 Wood requires final assembly before use.
This involves assembly of the under-deck section between the two legs and attachment of the two deck sections.
As a final stage the cushion covers need to be put onto the cushion inners.
The assembly is easier if two people are available at certain stages.

I’m really glad I looked further than the big name sofa bed suppliers, this beats them all. I chose it for the large sleeping area (European king size) I found fitted sheets for this size on Amazon. It’s a comfortable firm bed for sleeping, you cannot tell that it’s not all one mattress. Good as a sofa, obviously the seat is firm but the back cushions are squashy. I’ve used it more than I imagined. Very easy to switch between the two. Looks well made like it will stand up to regular use.

Used the sofa bed for one week and found it to be very comfortable. My only note is that the bed is low but that is expected from a futon.

As mentioned in my merchant review, our original purchase had a couple of manufacturing defects which SitandSleep quickly resolved.

We are now very happy with our purchase. It is a really well designed sofa bed, looks attractive and is very comfortable to sit or sleep on.

We went for the mattress topper which I would recommend for added sleeping comfort (though it is a couple of centimetres short). Now we just need to work out where to find sheets of the right size...
